Candidate privacy policy
Pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), we provide the following information regarding the processing of personal data provided by candidates who send their curriculum vitae (cv) via the ‘work with us’ section of the website.
Holder

Types of data collected
The data processed are those contained in the CV sent by the candidate, which may include:
- identification and contact data (name, surname, telephone, e-mail, address, etc.).).
- data on education, work experience, professional skills.
- any data belonging to special categories (e.g. belonging to protected categories), only if strictly necessary for the selection and provided voluntarily.
The provision of data is optional, but failure to provide it means that the application cannot be evaluated.
Please do not enter unsolicited categories of special data (e.g. relating to health, religious beliefs, political opinions).

Purpose and legal basis of processing
The controller may collect and process personal data of the applicant:
- in order to assess the consistency of the candidate’s profile with respect to the job position and possible recruitment for the role for which the application has been made. the legal basis for the processing can be found in the execution of pre-contractual measures between the data controller and the data subject pursuant to Article 6.1(b) GDPR.
It is possible that the processing of personal data of third parties included in the curriculum vitae may occur. on this point, the candidate warrants from the outset that such processing is based on an appropriate legal basis in EU Regulation 2016/679.
Treatment modalities
personal data are processed both on paper and electronically (servers, databases, application software, etc.). the data controller does not carry out any processing based solely on automated decisions, including profiling.
Storage of personal data
The data will be retained for a maximum period of 12 months after receipt of the CV, unless the data subject requests deletion before that time. after that time, the data will be deleted.
Categories of data recipients
personal data may be communicated to authorised internal parties and, if necessary, to service providers (e.g. hr consultants, site managers) appointed as data processors. personal data are not subject to dissemination. the list of data processors is available on request.
Data processing in non-EU countries
The data subject’s data are not transferred abroad and to countries outside the EU or to an international organisation.
The rights of the person concerned
The data subject may assert his or her rights as expressed in Articles 15 et seq. of EU Regulation 2016/679 by addressing the data controller.
The interested person has the right, at any time, to request from the data controller access to his/her personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing. moreover, in the cases provided for, he/she has the right to object, at any time, to the processing of his/her data (including automated processing, e.g. profiling), as well as to withdraw his/her consent without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on his/her prior consent. the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection guarantor (www.garanteprivacy.it) and/or any other supervisory authority competent under the Regulation the data subject has the right to data portability, in which case the data controller shall provide the personal data concerning the data subject in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
